Carmela brings her Patissière diploma from George Brown College to every flaky croissant and silky éclair, while George sources the finest local ingredients and keeps our ovens fired just right. Together, we’ve turned our passion for good food and warm community into your home‐away‐from‐home bakery, where every loaf and pastry is made with love and ofcourse some butter 🙂

Since 2015, Carmela — a George Brown College pâtissier grad—and George have been the heart and soul behind Sugar Dust Bakery & Café, blending professional pastry skills with secret recipes to handcraft every Freshly Baked treat. 🍰
